It is important that your dog is fully cleared by your vet for any illnesses that may impact behaviour. Please remember not all underlying illnesses are visible. You as the guardian are responsible for ensuring veterinary checks have been carried out.
If your dog shows any signs of aggression that cause you to fear for your own or their wellbeing during exercises. STOP immediately and contact myself or your veterinary surgeon.
If you have booked a discounted one2one you must join the paid monthly membership. If you have not joined within 24hrs of your appointment, your booking will be charged at the full non member price of £60.
Your log in or course details should only be shared with those living in your household, who are jointly responsible for teaching and helping your dogs.
Your monthly membership is classed as a group face to face online, trainer, teacher interface, this is a unique service with access to technical advice in person online. You may however cancel your subscription before your next payment is due, you will then be removed from the group until you wish to rejoin.
No refunds are given if you have access to but have not used your subscription. You are able to cancel at any time and will not be charged for the next due payment after the point of cancellation.
For Human Hound Healing to teach you and your dog, you must be coachable and prepared to practise with your dog. You need to understand that investing time in your bond and teaching relationship with your dog or dogs is important to your dog’s rehabilitation.
Stay in contact and ask for guidance when you need it. Keep a record of progress made.
Please be aware that dogs are living creatures and can be tired, stressed or hyperactive which may affect how they perform in your session or the class.
If you are attending a class session please give your dog time to toilet before a session as needing a poo can cause stress.
Please make sure your dog has not eaten a meal for at least 1 hour before an exercise session and does not eat a full meal for at least 30 mins after as this can lead to twisted gut injuries or bloat.
Please be aware prices reflect the study cost and CPD (continued professional development) involved to ensure you are receiving the most ethical and up to date information based on science from your teacher/trainer/coach.
